Abstract

El trabajo estudia las diversas cuestiones jurídicas suscitadas por el Capítulo V de la Ley 10/2010, de 28 de abril, de prevención del blanqueo de capitales y de la financiación del terrorismo relativo a los medios de pago -a los que denomina “movimientos de medios de pago”-. Concretamente se adentra en el contenido de dicha obligación, los sujetos obligados, las cuestiones atinentes al lugar y forma mediante los que dar cumplimiento a dicho obligación, para finalizar con el control y la intervención de los medios de pago, así como con el tratamiento e intercambio de la información obtenida. El trabajo forma parte de un libro en el que, con carácter interdisciplinar, las principales cuestiones suscitadas en la Ley 10/2010, de 28 de abril, de prevención del blanqueo de capitales y de la financiación del terrorismo.
