The Borjas are the most universally known Valencian family. They were so in their time and have been so in the following centuries thanks to contemporary legends and the subsequent attention of historians and scholars, novelists, playwrights, poets, musicians, painters and filmmakers, who have always maintained them in the foreground of interest.
