Pandemia en México: experiencias desde el Registro Civil

Abstract

Durante la emergencia sanitaria emitida en México con motivo del virus SAR-CoV2 (COVID-19) es necesario reflexionar sobre la protección del derecho a la identidad, desde la actividad que se desarrolla en el Registro Civil tanto para el registro de nacimientos como de defunciones, en el que se diseñaron estrategias para agilizar los trámites de forma tal que se presten los servicios a la población y se respeten los derechos humanos; de esta forma se analizan las medidas adoptadas para garantizar la identidad jurídica de las personas en uno de los estados con mayor número de contagios en México: el estado de Tabasco.
