Abstract

Agreements reached by spouses in public or private documents bind them at the time of liquidation of the economic financial regime applicable to marriage, by application of the doctrine of one?s own acts and freely assumed contractual obligations; above the consideration that the assets subject to the liquidation process may have in the abstract, like a found plan.
