Abstract

Europa vive en un punto de inflexión histórico sin parangón. El surgimiento, en el siglo XXI, de lo que se conoce como la Cuarta Revolución Industrial no oculta el hecho de que no solo las telecomunicaciones, sino también los medios de comunicación y las tecnologías de la información se enfrentan a nuevos desafíos en un escenario global. El traje original, especialmente diseñado para los medios de comunicación y las telecomunicaciones, se está volviendo pequeño como resultado de un fenómeno que ha marcado un momento decisivo entre los dos sectores, internet. En consecuencia, en el presente estudio se intenta representar los retos a los que se enfrenta el legislador ante el surgimiento de la era digital desde la triple visión que ofrece: el mercado, los soportes y los contenidos.

Europe is living in a historical turning point. The emergence in the 21st century of what is known as the fourth industrial revolution does not hide the fact that not only the telecommunications, but also the media and the information technologies are facing new challenges in a global scenario. The original suit, specially tailored for the media and the telecommunications, its getting small as a result of a phenomenon that has marked a decisive moment between the two sectors, the internet. Consequently, in the present study on The convergence of the telecommunications, media and information technology sectors, an attempt is made to represent the current communicative context where the telecommunications, the media and the information technologies are co-existing.
