Breve análisis sobre la última reforma de la Ley de Enjuiciamiento Criminal de 1882, efectuada en el año 2015 por Ley Orgánica núm. 13/2015 y núm. 41/2015, ambas de fecha 5 de octubre de 2015, en las que tras recomendación europea, se agiliza con distintas medidas la justicia penal y se fortalece ciertas garantías procesales.
