La jurisprudencia del TEDH sobre el derecho a la disposición de la propia vida

Abstract

A través del presente texto se ha estudiado la jurisprudencia del TEDH sobre el derecho a la disposición de la propia vida. Con carácter previo se analizan los diferentes conceptos relacionados con el tema y también se hace una especial mención al concepto “margen de apreciación nacional”, por ser especialmente relevante en esta cuestión.

This article provides a review of ECHR’s case-law on the right to die. Previously, the different concepts related to the subject are analyzed and a special mention is also made of the concept of “national margin of appreciation”, as it is especially relevant in this matter.
