Análisis del uso de la ciencia recreativa en la enseñanza de la física y química y la tecnología y sus consecuencias en el alumnado

Abstract

El problema al que nos hemos enfrentado para la elaboración de este trabajo, históricamente presente en el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje de las ciencias, es una constante a lo largo de los últimos años. La falta de interés por el estudio de las materias científicas ha sido constatada por numerosas investigaciones y actualmente parece probado que este desinterés supone un preocupante problema. Aquí, nos hemos ceñido a una potencial causa de dicho desinterés: la visión que los estudiantes tienen de las asignaturas científicas como algo “aburrido”. Esta visión puede provocar una desmotivación en los estudiantes y sin motivación no hay aprendizaje efectivo. Para constatar estos hechos se ha propuesto un estudio de la presencia de ciertos elementos de ciencia recreativa (juegos juguetes, etc) en el ejercicio habitual de la docencia en secundaria. Dicho estudio se ha materializado con la ayuda de diversos instrumentos de análisis: los libros de texto, las opiniones de profesorado en formación y las del alumnado.
