Abstract

Aunque las nuevas propuestas curriculares -fundamentadas en rigurosas investigaciones- están incorporando, en numerosos países, el enfoque CTS como un elemento esencial de la educación científica, se están detectando serias discrepancias entre los diseños curriculares y la actividad en el aula. Muy concretamente, puede afirn1arse que la mayoría de los profesores de ciencias -incluidos los autores de textos escolares- sigue prestando una insuficiente atención a los contenidos
