Estudio comparativo del Registro Central de Delincuentes sexuales establecido en España y del modelo estadounidense. El objetivo de este artículo es mostrar las consecuencias negativas derivadas de la publicidad de los registros de los delincuentes sexuales. Así mismo, pretendemos observar cómo afecta dicha regulación a la reducción de la reincidencia en este determinado tipo de delitos.
