Las consecuencias existenciales del trabajo precario en los jóvenes italianos altamente cualificados

Abstract

El objetivo de este artículo es presentar los resultados de una investigación realizada en Italia sobre el tema de las consecuencias existenciales y psicológicas del trabajo precario entre los jóvenes altamente cualificados. Para facilitar la comprensión del contexto italiano, se describe el marco legislativo y las principales características del mercado laboral precario italiano. Finalmente se presentan los resultados de la investigación relativos a la percepción, por parte de los trabajadores, de su propia condición de trabajo y de vida, del futuro y del fenómeno social de la precariedad laboral.

The aim of this paper is to present a part of the results of a study about the existential consequences of the precariousness among high qualified young Italian people. To allowed the comprehension of the Italian context, it will be described the Italian legislative framework and the principles characteristics of precarious labor market in Italy. The presentation of research results will be focused on workers' perception of their own working and living conditions, the future and the social phenomenon of precariousness.
