El presente ensayo, pretende mostrar el incipiente desarrollo del Derecho Procesal Constitucional en nuestro país, y su actual configuración como rama especializada y autónoma del Derecho Público, a través de la inminente aprobación del Código de Procedimientos Constitucionales en la Asamblea Legislativa Plurinacional, anotando algunas sugerencias para su optimización normativa, y poniendo de relieve su necesaria incorporación al sistema de control de constitucionalidad vigente en el Estado Plurinacional de Bolivia.
The present test, it tries to show the incipient development of the Constitutional Procedural law in our country, and his current configuration as specialized and autonomous branch of the Public law, across the imminent approval of the Code of Constitutional Procedures in the Legislative Assembly Plurinational, annotating some suggestions for his normative optimization, and emphasizing his necessary incorporation to the system of control of in force constitutionality in the State Plurinational of Bolivia.
