Abstract

Section 281.2 requires LEC plead and prove foreign law in their content and validity, allowing the court to invoke the investigation as it deems necessary for its implementation. It is the party who must demonstrate the content and validity, so that once justified these two extremes, the application will depend on the judge, for which purpose the activity may deploy it deems necessary. Content may not be limited to present a special regulatory code, but all legislation applicable to the case, the general and the mechanisms according to their own interpretation of the legislation on which are integrated standards whose application is intended.
