Exercise-induced-rhabdomyolysis has been des- cribed usually after exhaustive exercise. Nevertheless it can also occur after moderate exercise in well fit people. The diagnosis is important because its initial control and treat- ment are very important for the patient’s prognosis. We report a clinical case in a young well fit woman after an initial spin- ning class. And with respect to it we review the diagnosis and treatment.
