Abstract

In all the professions that involve human interaction communication is of absolute importance as a mechanism to reach people. In social work communication is the basic tool in our work, given that all our interventions are based on communicating: the interview, the action, information and consultancy, coordination with other professionals, teaching, the team meetings, reports, supervision, and so on.
