Cultivo y aprovechamiento de las plantas aromáticas en la Comunidad Valenciana

Abstract

En este trabajo se presenta una panorámica general del cultivo y aprovechamiento de las plantas aromáticas en la Comunidad Valenciana desde un punto de vista geográfico. Para ello se estudian separadamente las parcelas experimentales del Instituto Valenciano de Investigaciones Agrarias (IVIA) y los cultivos particulares. Además, se presenta un modelo de investigación comarcal centrado en La Serranía, con el fin de analizar la viabilidad del recurso.
