La lexicographie bilingue français-espagnol: tradition et modernité

Abstract

L’objectif de ce travail est de présenter un panorama de la lexicographie bilingue français-espagnol au fil des siècles et jusqu’à nos jours. Pour ce faire, nous examinerons son évolution du point de vue quantitatif en établissant un parallélisme avec la lexicographie multilingue, depuis le xvie siècle jusqu’au xxe siècle. Nous établirons également une comparaison des éléments caractéristiques des ouvrages de ce type de lexicographie (format, support, langues, microstructure, etc.) en analysant les dernières éditions d’un même dictionnaire sur papier, et des dernières versions sur différents supports (papier, électronique, en ligne), ce qui nous permettra de mettre ainsi en évidence quelle a été la contribution des nouvelles technologies dans la mise à jour et dans l’amélioration de la qualité de la lexicographie français-espagnol. Grâce à l’analyse descriptive du processus suivi par les lexicographes qui répondent aux besoins et aux demandes des usagers, nous dresserons donc le bilan des tendances actuelles de cette lexicographie et peut-être de ses possibles enjeux pour l’avenir.
