Abstract

La crisi econòmica mundial obliga cada empresa a lliurar una batalla, a vegades amb si mateixa, per incrementar la seua competitivitat. Cada vegada més, les organitzacions són conscients de la necessitat de comptar amb treballadors alineats amb la seua estratègia. Per aconseguir-ho, algunes empreses s'esforcen a humanitzar les relacions laborals i redissenyar les seues pràctiques de gestió de recursos humans (RH). En aquest estudi s'analitza el cas de l'empresa Verdifresh. Les seues pràctiques de RH s'han dissenyat amb l'objectiu de fidelitzar els treballadors i millorar la seua percepció de les condicions laborals. En aquest treball s'analitzen aquest tipus de relacions i es descriuen les pràctiques de RH utilitzades. Les conclusions obtingudes poden resultar d'interès i d'utilitat per a l'àmbit d'actuació de la psicologia del treball i de les organitzacions.

The global economic crisis requires each company to fight, sometimes with itself, to increase their competitiveness. Increasingly, organizations are aware of the need for workers which are in line with its strategy. To achieve this, some companies strive to humanize relations and redesign their practices for managing human resources (HR). This study examines the case of the company Verdifresh. Their HR practices are designed to retain employees and to improve their perception of working conditions. In this paper we analyze these relationships and describe the HR practices used. The conclusions obtained may be interesting and useful to the scope of the psychology of work and organizations.
