Clima familiar en drogodependientes a opiáceos

Abstract

El presente trabajo investiga clima familiar en dependientes a opiáceos. Se han utilizado dos grupos, uno constituido por sujetos en programas de mantenimiento con metado¬na y otro por sujetos en programas libres de drogas. Se han utilizado como medidas la Escala de Clima Social (FES) de Moos et al., el Inventario Familiar de Autoinforme (SFI) de Beavers, la Escala de Estilo Familiar de Beavers y la Escala de Competencia de Beavers. A los datos se le realizaron cuatro análisis discriminantes. Los resultados de los análisis discriminantes realizados señalan que los pacientes perciben menor conflicto, mayor nivel de expresividad emocional positiva y más actividad de tipo social-recreativo e intelectual-cultural en el grupo libre de drogas por contra se destaca una percepción de mejor organización y más liderazgo en el grupo de metadona. Los terapeutas por su parte destacan más necesidad de dependencia, mayor conflicto encubierto y tono emo¬cional más pesimista y depresivo en el grupo de metadona. Se concluye que los resulta¬dos pueden orientar hacia una guía para el tratamiento familiar a utilizar tanto con los sujetos incluidos en programas libres de drogas como con los incluidos en programas de mantenimiento con opiáceos. Así mismo, estas orientaciones podrían ser aplicables en las escuelas de padres para los programas preventivos.Palabras clave
