La tutoria en ensenyament secundari

Abstract

L'objectiu d'aquest estudi és explorar les actituds i els comportaments dels professionals docents, que desenvolupen la tasca tutorial envers l'alumnat de Secundària. És a dir, els tutors i les tutores. I això en relació amb les funcions que s'accepten com a convencionals en aquella responsabilitat. La mostra és composta per 70 tutors de 7 centres educatius a la Comunitat Valenciana. Es fa una anàlisi psicomètrica de l'escala i se n'estudien els resultats, primer ítem a ítem i desprès estructurant-los en els cinc factors resultants: implicació col·laborativa, mediació contextual, virtualitat avaluadora, incentivació d'aprenentatges i reciprocitat relacional. Pel que fa a la priorització de tasques tutorials, per part dels tutors, hi ha una valoració notable-alta en les activitats considerades. Finalment es refl exionen les implicacions d'aquest estudi envers la intervenció tutorial i es defi neixen algunes línies futures d'investigació, a favor de la millora qualitativa de l'educació impartida.
