Abstract

Two cases of anterior interosseous nerve syndrome were studied, from the clinical, electrophysiological and surgical points of view. A review of Spanish literature on the subject was made, and it was observed that there was nothing written on the same, so that our experience was presented with the aim of emphasizing the importance of the syndrome, which although it is quite rare, is often not diagnosed and confused with other nosological consditions which are much more common and have a similar clinical manifestation.
