Estudio de microscopia óptica e inmunohistoquimia de las membranas epirretinianas

Abstract

Finalidad del trabajo: Realizamos un estudio de m. Óptica e inmunohistoquimia de las membranas epirretinianas experimentales producidas en un modelo refinado de VRP para estudiar su estructura y celularidad. Material y métodos: Hemos utilizado 7 conejos pigmentados a los que hemos sometido a un modelo experimental de VRP. Primero provocamos 6 aréas de criolesiones a dos mm del limbo. Diez días después inyectamos 0, 2 ml de gas C3F8. Diez días después realizamos un intercambio gas-Ringer Lactato. Diez días después inyectamos 25.000 fibroblastos homólogos conjuntivales. Enuclemos los ojos el día 28 después de la inyección celular y procesamos estos ojos para m. Óptica y inmunohistoquimia. Usamos una evaluación semi-cuantitativa del porcentaje celular que tiñe con cada marcador en un campo de x250. Resultados: observamos una membrana prerretiniana con aréas de neovascularización y aíslados macrófagos. No encotramos fibroblastos. Los estudios inmunohistoquímicos revelan que la mayoría de las células tiñen con marcadores gliales GFAP(90%) y S-100(90%) con tinción aislada para citoqueratinas. Conclusines: La glia es principal componente celular encontrado en las membranas epirretinianas en un modelo esperimental refinado de VRP. La morfología de estas células gliales era aplanada y retenían un contenido citoplasmático análoga al de los astrocitos fibrosos.
