Neuroblastoma olfatorio orbitario (estesioneuroblastoma): estudio anatomo-clínico

Abstract

English We report a clinical case of esthesioneuroblastoma which is a rare nasal cavity neoplasm. It usually begins with nasal syntoms and it is seen before by the otorrynolaringologist. In our case it began with vanal ocular syntoms which created confussion and retarded diagnosis. We make a bibliographic review of this kind of neoplasm and agree with difficulti es in prediction, clinical curse, diagnosis and treatment that persite nowadays and the discussion about their origin and terminology.
