
This paper describes the method of determining the sizes of the subcutaneous fat folds found in the biceps, triceps, subscapular, suprailiac and submandibular. One is shown how to make the calculation of body fat and the areas of the section of the arm as related to the sizes of the folds and, finally, the author provides some recommendations so that one may correctly evaluate the data obtained.
