Este trabajo pretende profundizar sobre el tratamiento que reciben los delincuentes sexuales en las cárceles españolas actualmente, con el fin de conocer la efectividad de estos tratamientos y si cumplen adecuadamente con su función resocializadora. Para realizar este análisis se ahondará en la figura del delincuente sexual y el origen del ilícito comprobando la adecuación de las intervenciones a los distintos perfiles y factores. Se busca con ello reflexionar acerca de las carencias de los tratamientos existentes y cuáles podrían ser sus mejoras.
This work aims to delve into the treatment that sexual offenders currently receive in Spanish prisons, to understand the effectiveness of these treatments and whether they adequately fulfill their resocializing function. To carry out this analysis, the figure of the sexual offender and the origin of the crime will be delved into, checking the adequacy of the interventions to the different profiles and factors. The aim is to reflect on the shortcomings of existing treatments and how to improve them.
