Abstract

In spite of the impulse that hispanic linguistic historiography studies hav e experienced in recent years , where abundant materials and interesting research results have been produced in this line, so far there are no explorations in this area from a global point of view, explorations that have considered grammars as manifestations of the same discursive tradition; nor there are homogeneous methodological approaches that, from the perspective of discursive traditions, would be useful to serve the study of the creative genesis of these texts by grammarians . W e expect to introduce the concept of discursive tradition to the historiographic study of grammars in textual series , because we think this is a very suggestive framework for analysis, which allows us to exceed in a more precise way the apparent partiality of the result obtained by the study of grammar as an individual product, but also as a component of a specific textu al series.
