El acoso sexual y acoso sexista: análisis normativo y doctrinal

Abstract

Se trata de un trabajo en coautoría justificado en el aprendizaje compartido con mi compañera, la profesora Angustias Benito, y fruto de formar parte ambas del proyecto sobre la prevención del acoso sexual y acoso sexista en las universidades andaluzas valorado por la Junta de Andalucía. Financiado por la Dirección General e Violencia de Género, Igualdad de Trato y Diversidad de la Consejería de Igualdad, Políticas Sociales y Conciliación de la Junta de Andalucía, con cargo a los fondos del Pacto de Estado contra la violencia de género (ejercicios 2018-2019). En este capítulo se desarrolla la normativa aplicable en las universidades sobre el acoso, así como la doctrina que ha estudiado la materia, especialmente, el ciberacoso. Ello nos sirvió para erigir una construcción dogmática y jurisprudencial del acoso sexual, y para posteriormente, estudiar los protocolos de acoso en las universidades. La coautoría responde al ingente trabajo que suponía al pertenecer ambas autoras al mismo proyecto (Proyecto sobre la prevención del acoso sexual y del acoso sexista en las universidades andaluzas). Se trata de una publicación honesta, de aprendizaje mutuo y en la que dividimos el trabajo de forma rigurosa, yo encargándome del análisis de la normativa vigente y de la doctrina que ha estudiado el caso. Fue un proyecto liderado por Antonio Álvarez del Cubillo que nos delimitó y nos coordinó a la perfección.
