Los derechos de adquisición preferente en la Ley de Arrendamientos Urbanos

Abstract

Dentro de la legislación arrendaticia, el derecho de adquisición preferente que consagra el artículo de la 25 LAU plantea un buen número de problemas interpretativos que se han visto agravados por las sucesivas reformas experimentadas por aquella norma. Dichas dificultades afectan tanto a la determinación de las circunstancias que habrían de concurrir para que tenga lugar el nacimiento del derecho, cuanto a la fijación de los legitimados para su ejercicio y su objeto.
