Enoturismo y el lenguaje del vino

Abstract

El capítulo aborda la dificultad de traducción y especificidad del lenguaje del vino, características que lo configuran como una Lengua para Fines específicos y, como tal, debería incluirse en los currícula universitarios de turismo en las zonas vitivinícolas españolas. Muestra un análisis de la oferta universitaria española en general y andaluza en particular donde se evidencia la carencia de este tipo de formación y la necesidad de su inclusión.
