El trabajo penitenciario en España: un análisis desde la perspectiva de género

Abstract

La presente aportación se centra en el análisis crítico de la regulación del trabajo penitenciario en España, explorando específicamente su impacto en la población femenina. A medida que la sociedad evoluciona, es esencial examinar cómo las políticas y prácticas penitenciarias abordan las necesidades y desafíos específicos que enfrentan las mujeres en contextos penitenciarios. Así, este estudio se basa en un enfoque de género para evaluar la legislación y las políticas que rigen el trabajo dentro de las instituciones penitenciaras en España. Se examinarán detenidamente las condiciones laborales, las oportunidades de formación y las barreras para el avance profesional y las repercusiones psicosociales del trabajo penitenciario en las mujeres. Además, se analizarán las iniciativas existentes destinadas a promover la igualdad de género en el ámbito penitenciario y se propondrán posibles áreas de mejora. Al abordar específicamente las necesidades de las mujeres en el sistema penitenciario, se pretende avanzar hacia un enfoque más inclusivo y justo en la regulación del trabajo dentro dentro de las instituciones penitenciarias españolas.
