La pederastia en la prensa escrita española

Abstract

La presente investigación se encuadra dentro del Proyecto I+D+I de Excelencia “Valoración de la eficiencia e impacto de la respuesta social y jurídica a la pederastia a partir del análisis criminológico” (DER2015-67303-P) dirigido por la profesora María José Rodríguez Mesa, del que formamos parte un amplio equipo de trabajo integrado por personas de diversos campos de conocimiento: Sociología, Antropología, Derecho, Criminología, Ciencias Políticas. La pregunta de investigación principal a la que se pretende dar respuesta es: ¿Se adecúa la respuesta social y jurídica a la pederastia a la definición social y a la realidad criminológica del fenómeno? Con esta intención el proyecto se ha enfocado en tres grandes ramas de estudio: análisis jurídico (penal y penitenciario), propuesta político-criminal y análisis social y criminológico de la pederastia. Y es precisamente en este último ámbito en el que se contextualiza el presente estudio, que teniendo en cuenta la vocación multidisciplinar no solo del Proyecto I+D+I de Excelencia en el que se engloba sino también del ámbito criminológico, plantea analizar cómo el hecho delictivo, se convierte en “hecho noticioso”. Más concretamente, de qué forma los delitos relacionados con la pederastia se convierten en noticia, qué información es la que trasciende al medio escrito, qué realidad criminológica y delictiva se traslada a la ciudadanía, desde qué punto de vista se narra el hecho, qué calificativos se emplean para referirse a víctima y victimario, y por último pero no menos importante, qué imágenes acompañan al texto.
