Análisis de la concepción del dominio en los últimos siglos de la Edad Media, con las influencias del ius commune sobre el derecho de neta formación hispana, y la evolución de los derechos de adquisición preferente en los distintos fueros vigentes. Importancia de la labor legislativa de la Corona de Castilla en la tendencia a la unificación reguladora, con respeto de los fueros de mayor arraigo entre poblaciones concretas (Navarra, Aragón, etc.)
