En el presente trabajo se realiza un Plan de exportación de vino por parte de la empresa jerezana González Byass a Estonia. En el documento se estudia la empresa y sus capacidades de afrontar un nuevo destino para sus productos, concretamente en Estonia. En relación con Estonia, se ha estudiado este país báltico en sus ámbitos económicos, legales y sociales. Con ello, se ha podido crear un perfil del público objetivo. Junto con esta parte del estudio, también se ha analizado la gran variedad de competidores que existen en el mercado del vino en Estonia. Tras estos estudios de empresa-mercado, se ha planteado unos objetivos, y unas estrategias de segmentación y posicionamiento a seguir con las que, a partir de las cuales, se ha desarrollado un Plan de marketing y un Plan de riesgos, utilizando la herramienta de simulación de Monte Carlo.
This paper presents a wine export plan for the Jerez-based company González Byass to Estonia. The document studies the company and its capacity to face a new destination for its products, specifically Estonia. In relation to Estonia, this Baltic country has been studied in its economic, legal, and social spheres. This made it possible to create a profile of the target group. In addition to this part of the study, the wide range of competitors on the Estonian wine market was also investigated. Following these company-market studies, objectives and segmentation and positioning strategies were established, based on which a marketing plan and a risk plan were developed using the Monte Carlo simulation tool.
