Laudo arbitral XI Competición Internacional de Arbitraje y Derecho Mercantil "MOOT MADRID"
El presente Trabajo Fin de Máster versa sobre el conflicto entre ENERGY ANDINA S.A. y GAS DE CERVANTIA S.A. El objetivo de este trabajo es dar a conocer cómo se desarrolla dicha competición, desde la fase de preparación previa realizada en la Facultad, como el trabajo desarrollado en las vistas orales en Madrid. Como ejercicio principal de esta labor investigadora, se adjuntará el laudo arbitral, donde se tratarán las cuestiones controvertidas del caso y las posiciones de ambas partes, finalizando con la postura adoptada por el Tribunal Arbitral.
