Diseño de un reactor químico para la sintesis de benceno

Abstract

El presente Proyecto Fin de Carrera tiene como objeto principal el diseño de un reactor químico tubular isotérmico para producir 551.217 toneladas·año-1 de Benceno a partir de un proceso de Hidrodesalquilación Térmica. Dicho proceso realiza una síntesis donde se utiliza una alimentación compuesta por Tolueno y una mezcla gaseosa de Hidrógeno y Metano de manera que se trabaje con una relación 5:1. Este proyecto se enmarca dentro de la primera línea de producción de una planta donde se lleva a cabo el proceso completo. Donde además de diseñar el sistema de reacción como unidades principales, se llevarán a cabo el diseño de los equipos para el acondicionamiento de los reactivos tales como, dos intercambiadores de calor, un horno y elementos auxiliares como depósitos, válvulas y bombas.
