RESUMEN: La Corte Constitucional puede ser objeto, estructuralmente, de un control intraorgánico, es decir que opera dentro de la misma Corte, además de un control inter-órganos, el cual es ejercido por órganos externos a la Corte misma. La Corte Constitucional tiene una gran responsabilidad, dado que sus fallos deben ser verdaderos documentos de pedagogía constitucional, puesto que ante ella no litigan los doctos, sino el pueblo, al cual se deben dirigir las sentencias. En la medida en que el pueblo conozca y comprenda la Constitución que lo rige y la interpretación que de ella hace lajusticia constitucional, se podrá garantizar, no sólo un verdadero control político y social a la Corte Constitucional, sino que se tendrá una Constitución viva, incardinada en la sangre, en las creencias y en los intereses del pueblo.

ABSTRACT: The Constitutional Court is structurally object of an intra organ control, because, it functions in the Court in itself, and of an inter organ control which is executed by external organs of the Court. The constitutional court has a great responsibility due to its sentences should be entirely documents of constitutional pedagogy because the people that litigate in the court are not the professional society, but the population in general, and all the sentences are addressed to them. To the extend the population knows and comprehends the constitution that roles it, and the interpretation done by the constitutional justice of it, it could be granted not only a political and social control to the Constitutional Court but also an alive constitution inherent in the blood, beliefs and interests of a population.
