Abstract

RESUMEN: En Antioquia, en procesos de titulación colectiva de comunidades negras entre 1998 y 2011 se adjudicaron 15 títulos colectivos; uno de estos fue revocado y tres están en trámite. Los títulos suman más de 240.000 hectáreas adjudicadas a comunidades negras en 11 municipios de 6 subregiones del departamento: Urabá, Suroeste, Occidente, Bajo Cauca, Nordeste y Magdalena Medio. Se ubican principalmente en la desembocadura y en la zona de influencia del Atrato, así como en las cuencas de los ríos Porce y Nechí. Existen procesos aislados en Yondó y en Sopetrán.
