RESUMEN: Tanto en Freud como en Nietzsche existe una teoría de la culpabilidad. Se trata de circunscribir dicho concepto en cada uno de los autores, haciendo énfasis en las convergencias más que en las divergencias. Dichas teorías tienen un punto en común que guiará la construcción de este texto: la relación entre culpa y deuda. y entre ellos un tercer término que parece permear toda la lógica de un particular ejercicio de la justicia: La crueldad.
