Many of the activities that we find daily today would be unthinkable without the mediation of the Internet. We have quickly moved from a primitive network, mostly static and unidirectional, to a complex one where different aspects of our personal life are involved and in which we reflect multiple social behaviors with all the nuances that this entails. While the problems of access to the Internet persist, they are no longer the major concern we face, especially in the information field, where significant social repercussions have emerged, legal, epistemological and institutional derived from the production, distribution, use and safeguarding of information in its various manifestations.
