<p>Existen diversos métodos para modificar los queratinocitos (1).<br />Uno de ellos, los vectores retrovirales, ha mostrado mayor eficiencia<br />en la modificación genética de estas células, las cuales pueden ser<br />establemente transducidas con estos vectores y ser un blanco atractivo para la terapia génica en la piel (2).<br />El objetivo fue evaluar, en cultivos primarios de queratinocitos, la eficiencia de la transducción mediada por el vector retroviral FOCH29-NeoR.</p><p> </p><p> </p>
