Los pacientes con fisura labiopalatina, suelen presentar incompetencia velofafingea funcional, dificultades foniatricas y respiratorias, anomalías en el crecimiento y desarrollo, y problemas psicológicos. Este estudio describe cómo los pacientes se adaptan al uso del plato del bebé y dejan libre su alimentación. Y qué provoca la necesidad de cambiar la placa y cuándo.
