RESUMEN: La aplicación de la ley 1098 de infancia y adolescencia de noviembre de 2006, modifica el panorama legislativo en dicha materia, retoma, valida y asigna nuevas funciones a los profesionales del sistema jurídico, abogados, trabajadores sociales y psicólogos. Señala dentro de las autoridades competentes para restablecer los derechos vulnerados de los niños, las niñas y los adolescentes fundamentalmente a las Comisarías y Defensorías de Familia, conformadas por equipos técnicos interdisciplinarios integrados por lo menos con Sicólogo, Trabajador Social, cuyos conceptos tendrán el carácter de dictamen pericial. Estos se ubican en las Pruebas Psicosociales, pero en la práctica existe ambigüedad, calco y polisemia en cuanto a concepto, peritazgo, dictamen, informe, prueba.

ABSTRATC: Application of the 1098 law about childhood and adolescence of november of 2006, changes the legislative view in this topic, takes up again, validates and assign new functions to the professionals of the legal system, lawyers, social workers and psychologist. It says that are competent authorities to restore violate rights of the boys, girls and adolescent principally the Family Services Agency and Family Defense Services, they are conformed by interdisciplinary technical equipment, they are made up at least by a psychologist and a social worker, theirs reports will have the nature of expert opinion. These are in the Psycho- social Proofs, but in the practice there are ambiguity, copy and polysemy around the concept, expert opinion, report, inform, proof.
