La cotidianidad de la inseguridad

Abstract

ABSTRACT: The problem of the security has settled in the political agenda of Medellín, mass media and the spirit of the people. One does not treat, nevertheless, of a only local problem: in almost all the countries - and in particular in Latin America a considerable increase of the criminality is observed throughout the two last decades. To this picture one adds the appearance and the development of a new phenomenon: the sensation of insecurity in the common one of its inhabitants.
