RESUMEN: Una de las inquietudes que orientaron las búsquedas en la investigación Usos de las metodologías de investigación en el derecho, fue acerca de las experiencias metodológicas en procesos investigativos en derecho. Con tal fin, se solicitó a alguno(a)s investigadores autores de los resultados de investigación revisados, compartir sus experiencias en dichos procesos, pues, en general, los productos de investigación publicados no muestran las reflexiones cotidianas de los investigadores frente a sus prácticas investigativas. Este artículo, entonces, da cuenta de la información compartida por los sujetos participantes en la investigación.

ABSTRACT: One of the questions that oriented searches in the investigation ‘Uses of the investigation´s methodologies in the law’ was about the methodological experiences in investigative process in law. With this object, was solicited to some investigators, authors of the results of checked investigations, share their experiences in those process, because, in general, the investigation´s products published don´t show the daily reflections of the investigators front to their investigative practices. This article, then, gives count about information shares by the participant subjects in the investigation.
