RESUMEN: Este es un ejercicio práctico, soportado en información vigente de la producción agrícola nacional y en las oportunidades del mercado internacional que permite evaluar la factibilidad económica de ofrecer pulpas de lulo desde Colombia hacia los mercados internacionales. En este caso es conveniente cuestionarse: ¿Cuál es el costo y la rentabilidad en la oferta?. Para dar una respuesta se construyó una hoja de calculo con las componentes de los costos más relevantes en la producción, transformación y comercialización.
ABSTRACT: This is a practical exercise, supported by current information on national agricultural production and international market opportunities that allows evaluating the economic feasibility of offering lulo pulps from Colombia to international markets. In this case, it is convenient to ask yourself: What is the cost and profitability of the offer? To provide an answer, a spreadsheet was constructed with the most relevant cost components in production, transformation and marketing.
