Abstract

RESUMEN: En el presente trabajo se aborda el desarrollo de las prácticas profesionales dentro de la Fundación Gestión Social y Ambiental, las cuales se enmarcan en el ámbito de la Responsabilidad Social Corporativa (RSC) lo que permitió generar reflexiones sobre el Trabajo Social, la gerencia social y su relación con la ejecución de la RSC en distintas empresas. El texto se divide en tres capítulos estratégicos en los cuales se puede encontrar el acercamiento, contextualización y construcción del objeto de intervención pasando a la fundamentación de la intervención: aspectos metodológicos conceptuales y operativos; seguido de este se encuentra el informe de ejecución: dialogo entre practica y teoría; y finalmente se abordan las conclusiones, recomendaciones y aprendizajes espacio en el cual se encuentran importantes reflexiones sobre el Trabajo Social y lo que representa la RSC como escenario para la profesión.

ABSTRACT: This paper addresses the development of professional practices within the Social and Environmental Management Foundation, which are framed in the field of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) which allowed to generate reflections on Social Work , social management and its relationship with the implementation of CSR in different companies. The text is divided into three strategic chapters in which the approach, contextualization and construction of the object of intervention can be found by moving on to the rationale of the intervention: conceptual and operational methodological aspects; The implementation report is followed: dialogue between practice and theory; And finally, we address the conclusions, recommendations and learning space in which there are important reflections on Social Work and what represents CSR as a stage for the profession.
