Abstract

Käesoleva bakalaureusetöö eesmärgiks oli luua uus tarkvara ettevõttes Kohila Vineer OÜ, mis aitab kiiremini ja põhjalikumalt organiseerida spooni tootmist kui senised lahendused seda võimaldasid. Loodav programm peab kasutajale andma ülevaate olemasolevast spooni laoseisust kogu tootmistsehhi ulatuses, võimaldama luua tööplaane tootmisliinidele ja arvutama eeldatava tootmiseks kuluva aja töökeskuste põhiselt. Programmi käitamiseks vajalikud andmed kogutakse ettevõtte erinevatest serveritest ja töödeldakse, kasutades SQL päringukeelt. Tarkvara on arendatud C# programmeerimiskeeles. Töös antakse ülevaade senistest kasutusel olevatest lahendusest spooni ettevalmistamisel ja nende puudustest. Lähemalt tutvustatakse loodud rakenduse erinevaid vaateid ja funktsioone. Töö tulemusena loodi programm, millel on suurem funktsionaalsus kui senini ettevõttes kasutatavatel lahendustel. Tarkvara abil saab parema ülevaate laovarudest spooni tootmistsehhis, mis on eelduseks kvaliteetsemate juhtimisotsuste tegemiseks.

The goal of this thesis was to develop new software for shift managers in Kohila Vineer OÜ to organize veneer production faster and more thoroughly than previous solutions in the mill. Software is designed to show overview to the user about veneer stock on production floor, possibility to create the production plans for production lines and calculations about estimated production times on the production lines. Needed data for the software is taken from the company’s different servers, using SQL and application itself is developed using programming language C#. Thesis gives an overview about previous solutions with its shortcomings and more precice description of the developed program and its functions will be given in this work. As a result of this thesis there is new software which have better functionality than older solutions. More comprehensive overview about the veneer stock gives good prerequisites to make better management decisions.
