Nutitelefoni kasutamise võimalusest mulla liikuva fosfori sisalduse hindamiseks Mehlich 3 meetodil

Abstract

Antud töö eesmärgiks oli uurida kas nutitelefoni kaamerat on võimalik kasutada ekspressmeetodil mulla liikuva fosfori sisalduse määramiseks Mehlich 3 meetodil ning millise täpsusega oleks võimalik analüüsi teostada. Tulemustele tuginedes selgub, et nutitelefone on võimalik kasutada mulla fosfori sisalduse klassi määramiseks Mehlich 3 meetodil. Kõige täpsemaid tulemusi võrreldes spektromeetrilise analüüsi tulemustega on võimalik saada, kasutades värvimudeli RGB punast ehk R kanalit. Antud töös saadud andmed võimaldavad edasi arendada mulla fosfori sisalduse määramise meetodi ekspressanalüüsi nutitelefoni kasutamisega.

This thesis has been drawn up to investigate the possible usage of a smartphone camera to determine the plant available phosphorus content in soil using the Mehlich 3 method and how accurate the results are. Based on the results the method can be used to determine the soil phosphorous content class according to Mehlich 3 method. According to the current work the method is not precise enough to determine soil phosphorus content accurately. The results of all three color channels R, G and B correlate with the results of the spectrometer analysis. The most accurate results compared to the results of the spectrometric analysis can be obtained using the red or R channel from the RGB color model. The data obtained in this work allows further development of soil phosphorus determination with the express analysis method using a smartphone.
