Abstract

Bakalaureusetööga on kujundatud Tartu linnas, Annelinna linnaosas asuvas piirkonnas.

Designed area is situated in Tartu, Annelinn. Area is between the first and the second microdistrict sidewalk and ends with a meadow near the river. Aim of this work is to make people acknowledge healing gardens as a way to amplify children. Author also pays attention to elderly, youngsters and adults. Gardens are in open spaces and in use for everyone. Each garden has a certain target group, keeping in mind all the needs they might have. In childrens' garden, there is no elements of playground, which allows them to start their game by themselves. More attention is paid to nature. In elderly garden, there is a chance to take some plants along. It gives older people the idea of more like their personal garden. Garden in the meadow is designed so that everyone could find something what they need. Also the main garden connects the whole district and bring people closer to the river.
