Given scenario, to find new areas for public space, appartments and businesses, got accomplished by building three new building on Lubja Street and by changing the layout of the factory complex. Also there was created a possible conection between two sides of the river and better visual and physical connection between the river and the valley by building new stairs and a viewing platform. To provide safety and nicer environment Lubja Street was turned into shared space from the stairs to the river and also greenery and places for recreation were added.
